Assistance With Becoming Self-Reliant & Confident in Mothering Skills

Errand-Running, Assistance with Getting to Appointments, Light Household Maintenance, & Meal Prep

As you heal, we want to make sure that the daily tasks that make our lives run smoothly are taken care of. We also draw from our experience of nourishing the body postpartum to prepare healthy and healing meals for you and your family. We help you run errands and help you get to your or baby's doctor's appointments, so that you can feel wholly supported and accompanied.

Caring for & Supporting Older Children While Transitioning Into Becoming Big Brothers or Sisters

As you bond with your baby, we make sure to help your other children adjust to their roles as older siblings. We also take care of baby when you want to assure some bonding time with your older children, so that they can feel comforted and balanced through the transition of welcoming a new baby into their lives.

Coping Techniques & Support for Parents Loving a High-Needs Baby

Though all babies need nurturing love and care, some may need a bit more special attention than others. We are here to draw on our knowledge and expertise to help you find ways to cope and function in healthy ways, while still being able to enjoy and bond with your baby.
